All funds raised through Total Warrior 2026 goes towards our cause and buys essential items for children and their families.
Ready to take on the ultimate team challenge? With mud, ice, obstacles and adrenaline at every turn, this is your chance to push your limits, have fun with friends and family, and make every muddy mile count for local families.
Whether you’re tackling the full Warrior experience or taking on one of the junior courses, this is teamwork, grit and unforgettable memories all rolled into one epic day.
Total Warrior is one of the UK’s most exciting obstacle course events, featuring over 25 obstacles, 10 tonnes of ice and 100 tonnes of mud.
Choose your distance and take on the challenge:
6K Course
A fantastic introduction to Total Warrior. The 6K course includes 15 challenging obstacles, featuring classics such as the Human BBQ, the 100ft Slideaway and Hang Tough.
There are no ice plunges or electric shocks on this route, but expect plenty of mud!
12K Course (Ages 16+)
The full Warrior experience. Packed with world-class obstacles including Human BBQ, The Plunge and The Shocker. You’ll also take on newer challenges like Jail Break and Swing or Swim, plus the iconic 100ft Slideaway.
This is the ultimate test of strength, stamina and teamwork.
Junior 6K (Ages 14+)
Following the huge success of the sell-out Junior 3K, this epic 6K course is designed for families, youth groups and sports clubs.
This untimed event includes 12 adrenaline-filled obstacles, tonnes of mud, a fire jump and a 100ft slide but no ice plunges or electric shocks.
Participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult for the entire course (minimum ratio 1 adult to 4 children).
Junior 3K (Ages 6+)
Perfect for big and little warriors alike. Adults can join in too!
Participants will run, climb, crawl and slide their way through 15 fun obstacles including Muddy Mayhem, Canopy Climb and Slideaway.
This isn’t just an obstacle race, it’s an experience you’ll never forget.

After purchasing tickets for one of our events, you'll receive an email with your order confirmation along with a second separate email which is your entry ticket, please keep this safe incase you are required to present it.
When buying tickets for a group, use the quantity selector to add as many additional tickets as required. All tickets will be registered under the purchaser's name.
We're sorry to hear your plans have changed; we get it, life happens! If you can't make it, drop us a message on hey@louiestrust.org or simply reply to your order confirmation email. The sooner, the better, so we can free up your ticket for someone else. Notify us more than 24 hours in advance of the event starting, and we'll gladly refund the full amount, minus transaction fees (or we'll lose money, sorry!) of your ticket.
There are many ways you can start fundraising for us. Every event will have a unique online fundraiser button, which allows you to fundraiser for a particular event, this will provide you with a link to share everywhere, such as on social media. We also provide offline, printable sponsor sheets/resources for in person cash donations, which is available on all events.
We can provide promotional materials such as roller banners, leaflets, table tents and change collectors to be purchased/borrowed for fundraising events. If you require a large quantity of items for a big event, please get in touch with us.
Not at all! There is never any minimum or charges for starting a fundraiser. You can create and setup a fundraiser for all sized events.
