Every Sunderland Greyhound Stadium Fund£Racer ticket purchased raises money that goes towards our cause and buys essential items for children and their families.

About the Event:
Join us for a memorable Fund£Racer night at Sunderland Greyhound Stadium! 🎉 Enjoy an evening of exciting greyhound races while supporting a good cause. Cheer on the speedy hounds as they race around the track, and afterward, unwind with delicious food and drinks in their hospitality suites. Whether you're a racing enthusiast or just looking for a fun night out, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Your participation helps make a difference in our community, so gather your friends and family and join us for a night of racing, fun, and fundraising! 🐶🥳🏁
Entry Details:
Tickets grant access to general admission and a printed race card. Limited to 100 adults; children enter free.
You will be provided with your entry ticket on the evening of the event.
All ticket proceeds directly support Louie’s Trust, fuelling our fundraising efforts through the Fund£Racer scheme. 🎟️💰
Race Details:
First Race 07:16 pm – Last Race 10:10 pm 🐾🏁
We will be competing against up to 5 other organisations at the event. Each organisation will be assigned a trap number from 1-6. Our trap number will earn points in each of the six designated Fund£Racer races.
Points are awarded as follows:
- 1st place – 6 points
- 2nd place – 5 points
- 3rd place – 4 points
- 4th place – 3 points
- 5th place – 2 points
- 6th place – 1 point
Fundraising Goals:
The winning team will be allowed to meet a greyhound, present the winner’s trophy to the owner-trainer, and receive a commemorative photograph. 🏆📸
Provided the winning team has met the required minimum attendance of 50 adults, they will receive an additional £100 donation!

After purchasing tickets for one of our events, you'll receive an email with your order confirmation along with a second separate email which is your entry ticket, please keep this safe incase you are required to present it.
When buying tickets for a group, use the quantity selector to add as many additional tickets as required. All tickets will be registered under the purchaser's name.
We're sorry to hear your plans have changed; we get it, life happens! If you can't make it, drop us a message on hey@louiestrust.org or simply reply to your order confirmation email. The sooner, the better, so we can free up your ticket for someone else. Notify us more than 24 hours in advance of the event starting, and we'll gladly refund the full amount, minus transaction fees (or we'll lose money, sorry!) of your ticket.
There are many ways you can start fundraising for us. Every event will have a unique online fundraiser button, which allows you to fundraiser for a particular event, this will provide you with a link to share everywhere, such as on social media. We also provide offline, printable sponsor sheets/resources for in person cash donations, which is available on all events.
We can provide promotional materials such as roller banners, leaflets, table tents and change collectors to be purchased/borrowed for fundraising events. If you require a large quantity of items for a big event, please get in touch with us.
Not at all! There is never any minimum or charges for starting a fundraiser. You can create and setup a fundraiser for all sized events.
