We provide a 60-day window for refunds and exchanges on shop purchases. To start a return, log into your account and submit a request. Opt for a refund or exchange, selecting a different size or item if needed.

For faulty items, we will cover the return postage costs and send a replacement free of charge. However, for standard returns or exchanges, we do not cover postage costs, as we aim to maximise proceeds for our trust.

Regardless of the donation amount included with purchases, 100% of returns are refunded to the customer.
